Sahaja Yoga is a unique and gentle way to awaken your spiritual self which was developed by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. Join a group of like-minded people for a guided meditation which is both effortless and spontaneous.
The evening will include live Indian music to help lead you into a state of complete silence, contentment and joy. Afterwards we will have snacks and tea, and the possibility to share your experience and ask questions.
