A l’occasion de la journée Internationale du Yoga, une petite délégation a eu l’opportunité de présenter devant le siège des Nations Unies à Genève les bienfaits de la méditation selon l’enseignement de Sahaja Yoga.

C’est ainsi que la Réalisation du Soi (éveil de la kundalini) a pu être expérimentée par de nombreux participants au cours d’une séance en plein air !
